Why Pay Out of Pocket for Physical Therapy?

Most of our patients have excellent insurance, and they still choose to work with us. Here’s Why

Quality Over Volume

In many insurance-driven clinics, therapists are expected to see multiple patients at once. Sessions are often shortened, hands-on treatment time is limited, and care is heavily restricted by billing rules. At TrueFix, your therapist works with you—and only you—for the full 60 minutes. No assistants. No double-booking. No rushing.

A Whole-Body, Root-Cause Approach

Pain is rarely just about one joint or one muscle. Insurance-based care often focuses narrowly on the “approved” body part. We look at how your entire body moves—strength, mobility, balance, and control—so the real problem gets addressed, not just the symptom.

Coaching, Not Just Treatment

Say goodbye to the “3 times a week for 6 weeks” physical therapy model. At TrueFix, care isn’t based on arbitrary visit counts or insurance-driven timelines. Instead, we focus on teaching you how to move, train, and load your body intelligently so progress continues outside the clinic. Our role is to guide, educate, and adjust. With the ultimate goal being long-term movement health, not short-term symptom management.

We are out of network with all commercial payers. Superbills can be provided to those interested in submitting for their out of network benefits. We happily accept HSA, FSA, CareCredit, and all other forms of payment. We are a Medicare participating provider, however are considered out of network for all Medicare Advantage Plans.
