I began attending Michelle’s Mommy & Me monthly classes when I was 4 months postpartum, and I honestly feel so grateful that I found her. ❤️ With my previous fitness experience, I thought I would feel confident getting back into strength training, but postpartum was different. I was nervous because I didn’t feel like my abdomen or pelvic floor was ready, and I didn’t want to push my body before it had properly recovered. From the very beginning, Michelle made me feel safe, confident, and comfortable approaching workouts again. Her guidance has truly been such a blessing throughout my recovery. As a mom of two with a 10 year age gap between my children, I worried that getting back into shape would be much harder this time around. I was older, my body had gone through pregnancy and birth again, and I knew my hormones were different. I honestly wondered if I would ever feel like myself again. When I started, I was dealing with pelvic pain, especially during intercourse, leaking when jumping and swimming, and a very weak core. Even something as simple as getting up sometimes made me realize just how much strength I had lost. With Michelle’s guidance and the right exercises, I’ve been able to rebuild my strength, reconnect with my core and pelvic floor, and feel so much better in my body again. I never expected my recovery to feel this positive. Thank you, Michelle, for your patience, knowledge, encouragement, and for helping me feel confident in my body again. I’m so grateful for everything you’ve helped me with during this postpartum journey. You truly have been a blessing! 🤍✨

After a traumatic birth of an almost 12-pound baby, my entire body felt like it was in a state of constant recovery—which made caring for my newborn incredibly difficult. I started PT with Michelle when my son was about 3 months old. Within just a couple weeks, I noticed a difference. Picking up my baby was getting easier, and I could get up and down from the floor with him much more comfortably. Fast forward to now: I’m slowly running again, lifting weights, and—most importantly—caring for my 6-month-old son completely pain-free. Taking care of myself has helped me become a better mom for my son, and Michelle has been the best support I could have asked for throughout this journey. I’m so grateful for her expertise, encouragement, and care! ❤️

Michelle was absolutely amazing. I had never been to a physical therapist before so I didn’t know what to expect but I knew that I needed to do something about my pain and she came highly recommended from several people at my gym. I went in for pain between my shoulder blades and glute pain that I had been suffering for months, maybe even a year and chiropractic care wasn’t doing anything for me. I had gotten to the point where I had difficulty laying my baby in her crib. When I went in, Michelle evaluated me (and she’s also a pelvic floor therapist) and I didn’t think pelvic floor was something I even needed. I was 18 months PP and had a cesarean, and I honestly regret not doing pelvic floor earlier. We discussed issues that I thought were “normal” and that i just had to deal with now that I had a baby, but nope! I also learned I had diastsis recti (which completely went away after our sessions) !! Her sessions and workouts were great, they really were small movements that challenged me every single time. I’d recommended everyone to come see Michelle! It was worth the investment and the drive! My glute pain and upper back pain has significantly improved and I’m able to lay my daughter down in her bed without wanting to cry.

Michelle (TrueFix Physical Therapy) is an exceptional physical therapist who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She can provide more than just physical therapy combining nutrition and wellness advice aimed at a full body recovery. From the very first appointment, she took the time to listen carefully, understand my concerns, and develop a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs adjusting along the way as needed. Every session was started with concern over my physical well-being and progression. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are outstanding, but what sets her apart is her genuine compassion and encouragement throughout the recovery process. Michelle explains every exercise and technique clearly, making it easy to understand both the purpose and the expected results. She creates a positive, motivating environment that makes you feel confident and supported every step of the way. She reminds you that it is not about perfection but about small gains leading to progress. Thanks to Michelle's expertise and dedication, I experienced significant improvement in my strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. She is passionate about helping her patients succeed, and it shows in everything she does. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone seeking a skilled, caring, and highly effective physical therapist. She is truly someone that will make a difference in your quality of life.

I have had a great experience with Michelle at TrueFix. She is friendly, explains things clearly and I’ve never felt uncomfortable asking questions about my treatment. The best part for me, is that she has tailored my treatment so I can continue enjoying my normal activities (running, training) while my condition improves and I am seeing steady progress. I highly recommend

Postpartum is like driving an automatic your whole life and suddenly being handed a stick shift! I was used to my body doing what I needed it to do with no extra effort or intention from me, but that changed during pregnancy and after I had my daughter. My abdominal muscles were separated, and my back was in chronic pain. I knew I had a problem, and it was overwhelming to try and solve on my own. On a whim, I checked out one of Michelle’s free events (she offers a ton!) and decided to invest in myself by becoming her client. It was the best decision! Only a few months later, I’m leaving her practice with a healed core, an ability to exercise how I want to without the fear of injuring myself, and education that I can take with me (and share with others!) for the rest of my life. I was even able to bring my little one along to our sessions, which was a huge help as a new mom. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, she’s the one!

Michelle has been a huge help during my postpartum recovery. She's very thorough, kind and you can tell she loves her work. I've seen improvement in my pelvic floor and we've been targeting my shoulders, where i hold all my tension. She has helped me with mind body connection so that my posture & pain has been improving! Being a mom of two young kids i need to be able to keep up with them and I thoroughly believe Michelle's work has helped me achieve that!
