Appointments & Cancellations

– We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments when necessary.

Payments & Billing

– Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
– We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, or other approved payment methods.
– Services may not be covered by insurance. Patients are responsible for understanding their benefits and financial responsibility.

Non-Covered Services

TrueFix Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice, and many of our services are considered non-covered by insurance. This may include, but is not limited to:

– Performance and wellness visits
– Preventive care and injury screening
– Specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, advanced manual therapy)
– Digital coaching and ongoing exercise programming
– Patients are responsible for payment in full at the time of service. Upon request, we may provide a superbill for patients to submit to their insurance provider; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
